Plum Consulting report dismisses argument that lower copper prices will encourage next-gen access investment, calls for reappraisal of competition.

European telecoms industry body ETNO this week highlighted concerns over the falling price of wholesale copper access networks and the impact on the development of next-generation fibre networks.
