Netgem (http://www.netgem.com), a leading provider of IPTV technology and applications to telecom operators worldwide, today announced the appointment of Charles-Henri Dutray as Chief Financial Officer. Charles-Henri Dutray succeeds Gilles Aubagnac and will report to Christophe Aulnette, Managing Director.
Gilles Aubagnac was at Netgem, for ten years from its IPO in May 2000 to the spin-off of sister company VideoFutur and its listing on NYSE Alternext in January 2010. He will now focus on VideoFutur’s development where he will serve as Deputy General Manager, alongside Joseph Haddad and Marc Tessier.
Charles-Henri joins Netgem with more than 13 years of experience in the Corporate Finance world. Prior to the move to Netgem, he was director at Oddo Corporate Finance where for the past five years he was in charge of equity capital market transactions on listed companies and managed numerous IPOs and capital raising operations. Before this, he worked at Credit Agricole CIB, first in the international audit team and then in capital markets. Charles-Henri is 35 years old and graduated from ESSEC.
Christophe Aulnette said: “I would like to thank Gilles Aubagnac for all he accomplished at Netgem and I wish him all the best at VideoFutur. I’m happy to count on Charles-Henri’s contribution and enthusiasm. As we are accelerating international development and winning lots of new customers around the world, it is ever more important to continue and reinforce our efforts in terms of financial control and risk management, particularly in this challenging economic environment.”
