Vodafone to offer Opera in developing markets

Vodafone on Wednesday announced plans to launch a customised version of the Opera Mini browser aimed at users in developing markets. The operator said the tweaked version of Opera Mini 5 has been designed for people with low-cost handsets who are accessing the Internet for the first time. It provides on-screen step-by-step instructions in local languages, and makes use of icons to help users with lower levels of literacy…
