Mobile miscreants meet their match as a Nokia thief is fined £1m and an iPhone thief is cornered by the rightful owner.

Kevin, who goes by the Livejournal username Happywaffle, had gone to a bar with two friends while they were in Chicago to visit the Brickworld Lego convention, which everyone reading this secretly wishes they had also gone to. "I definitely had my iPhone while at our table, and I definitely did not have it when we were 100 feet down the street," wrote Kevin.
