Who's next for Telstra as Sol Trujillo steps down; plus job cuts, Q4 results and more.

There had been no formal announcement, but we all knew that Sol Trujillo would be leaving Telstra. The only question was when... the end of the Australian incumbent's financial year in June always seemed like a good bet. Following weeks of speculation, on Thursday Telstra revealed that Trujillo will indeed step down on 30 June and that a search has begun for his replacement. So who will take the top job down under? What legacy has Trujillo left for his successor? And what will Sol do next? The Australian press – often Trujillo's biggest critic, and indeed reaction to his departure has been mixed - is already talking about an internal candidate taking the top job.
