Laying the foundation for mobile's cloud future

At the start of 2009 we find ourselves in one of the most dynamic periods in the modern mobile industry's history, a time of rapid change fuelled in large part by the smartphone segment coming of age. Over the last year significant new devices, services and partnerships made headlines every week. The mobile industry is now at a crucial inflexion point; over the next three years, how the relationships between mobile operators, handset makers, software and service providers and above all, consumers, take root will shape its growth in the next 10.
