It's tough being a telco

As operators evolve their businesses to address new demands and new markets, more than ever they need to defend themselves from the 'bad guys' who have designs on their revenues.

"It's hard," my dining companion turned to me and said on Wednesday night. Blimey, I thought. At least buy me a drink first. It turns out he was talking about the meringue.
