EU decision on E-Plus/Telefonica deal to be watershed moment for telcos

The European Commission's decision on whether to approve the merger between Telefonica Germany and E-Plus promises to set the tone for global M&A activity for the next five-to-10 years, said Coleago Consulting on Thursday.
