Sprint's T-Mobile bid may face regulatory roadblock

It looks as if Sprint's much talked about offer for rival T-Mobile US could have hit the buffers before it has even been made. Everything looked to be moving in the right direction for Sprint, which a fortnight ago reportedly received proposals from at least two banks willing to help finance a deal valued at somewhere around the US$50 billion mark…
