Google Inc. is giving Executive Chairman Eric Schmidt a $6 million cash bonus for 2012, the Internet giant disclosed in a regulatory filing Tuesday.
Mr. Schmidt's award comes as Google also gives Chief Financial Officer Patrick Pichette a $2.8 million bonus, and Chief Legal Officer David Drummond a $3.3 million bonus,
