KT Corp to launch Rwanda LTE network

South Korean telco KT Corp has signed an agreement with the Rwandan government to create a joint venture that will build a nationwide LTE network.

The Korea Times reported on Sunday that KT Corp will manage the firm and operate the network, while the government will provide financial and administrative support.
