Standard & Poor's Ratings Services has raised its outlook on Mitel Networks Corp. to stable from negative, after the telephony equipment and software company refinanced its credit facilities and repaid debt.
S&P also affirmed Mitel's corporate credit rating at B, five steps into junk territory.
