NII Holdings Inc. swung to a fourth-quarter loss as the Latin American wireless operator reported lower revenue and also logged large impairment and restructuring charges.
The company, which provides wireless service under the Nextel brand in several Latin American countries, earlier this month offered a weak revenue view for the year.
