VirnetX Holding Corp. said a federal court upheld a $368 million jury verdict in its patent-infringement suit against Apple Inc., which had sought to reduce the award.
Shares were up 4.4% at $35.45 in premarket trading. Through Tuesday's close, the stock is up 16% this year.
