Metals magnate Mikhail Prokhorov's holding company Onexim is considering buying a 10.5% stake in state-controlled telecommunictaions company Rostelecom (RTKM.RS) from Marshall Capital, business daily Vedomosti reports Wednesday citing an employee of a major investment bank and a source close to Onexim.
