Telco SpA, parent of Telecom Italia SpA, Tuesday confirmed it has written off 920 million euros ($1.23 billion) on its stake in the Italian telecommunications operator.
That leaves the 22.4% stake carrying a value of EUR3.6 billion, or EUR1.20 per ordinary share, it said in a statement.
