Britain's Vodafone Group PLC is examining a possible takeover of German cable network operator Kabel Deutschland Holding AG, manager magazin reports Wednesday without citing sources.
A Vodafone spokesman said the company doesn't comment on such market rumors, and a spokeswoman for Kabel Deutschland also declined to comment.
