Shares of telecommunications giant America Movil opened down sharply Wednesday after the company reported an unexpected drop in fourth-quarter net income, and weaker-than- expected operating cash flow.
America Movil L shares were down 8% at 14.57 pesos ($1.15) around 9:45 a.m. EST, wiping out their year-to-date gains.
