Ratings company Standard & Poor's Corp. Monday upgraded Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A., known as OTE, after the Greek telecoms provider successfully issued a bond last week, refinancing its debt and improving its liquidity profile.
Standard & Poor's upgraded OTE by two notches, from B- to B+.
