Bharti Airtel Ltd. Wednesday said its board will on Friday consider a proposal to appoint Manoj Kohli as managing director, as India's largest telecommunications company by subscribers restructures its senior management.
Mr. Kohli is now the chief executive of Bharti Airtel's international operations and its joint managing director.
