Wireless equipment maker PowerWave Technologies Inc.(PWAV) filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection Monday, with a $150 million issue of convertible debt topping its list of unpaid, unsecured bills.
PowerWave also owes $107.7 million on an unsecured basis on a second convertible debt issue, according to papers filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy
