Telecom Italia SpA said Thursday that it won't accept an investment offer from Egyptian businessman Naguib Sawiris.
At the end of a seven-hour board meeting, the Italian telecommunications company said that "following the evaluations carried out, the Board has decided not to proceed further," in relation with Mr. Sawiris's offer.
