Standard & Poor's Ratings services raised its rating on Google Inc. one notch further into investment grade, pointing to the Internet search giant's strong operating performance.
S&P credit analyst Philip Schrank said Google has also continued to maintain exceptional liquidity, a conservative financial policy and a minimal financial risk profile.
