German telephone directory search company Telegate AG Friday said it has won a compensation claim against Deutsche Telekom for overcharging data costs, with the Federal High Court directing the latter to pay 50 million euros ($141.9 million) to Telegate.
Deutsche Telekom wasn't immediately available to comment on the court ruling.
