Rosetta Stone Inc. and Google Inc. have agreed to dismiss the three-year-old trademark-infringement lawsuit between the two companies, and said they would work together to combat counterfeiting and Internet piracy.
The companies said that by working together, they hope to improve detection methods and better protect from abuse brands like Rosetta
