Satyam Computer Services Ltd. Tuesday posted a near 17% rise in its second-quarter net profit, aided by strong growth in outsourcing orders.
In the three months ended Sept. 30, Satyam's net profit grew to 2.78 billion rupees ($52 million) from 2.38 billion rupees a year earlier. Sales rose 23% to 19.38
