The subscription price of Spanish parent company Telefonica SA's German unit Telefonica Deutschland Holding AG is 5.60 euros ($7.22) a share, the company said Monday. Including the greenshoe option, the Spanish parent company will receive funds of around EUR1.45 billion, it added.
