Polycom swings to Q3 loss on restructuring, acquisition costs

Polycom Inc. swung to a third-quarter loss as the video-conferencing company posted weaker revenue and was weighed down by acquisition-related and restructuring costs.

Shares were up 2.6% after hours to $9.50, however, as results were better than expected. As of Tuesday's close, the stock was down 43% so far this year.
