Telstra Corp. said Wednesday it has entered an agreement to buy Australian internet service provider Adam Internet.
Australia's largest telecommunications company, Telstra said in a statement the deal was subject to approval from the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission, or ACCC. Telstra didn't disclose the value of the purchase.
