In its review of Facebook Inc.'s initial public offering, the Securities and Exchange Commission hasn't found any indication that the company withheld material information from investors, Bloomberg News reported Friday, citing a person familiar with the situation.
The SEC continues to explore other issues related to the IPO, the report said.
