Norwegian telecom operator Telenor ASA Friday said it has asked a court in Bermuda to force VimpelCom Ltd. to formally register its recent acquisition of shares in the Russian carrier.
Earlier this month, Telenor announced that it had bought an additional 71 million preferred shares in VimpelCom from Egypt-based Weather Investments
