The Spanish government has agreed to soon sell a 25% in local satellite operator Hispasat SA to Abertis Infraestructuras SA for about 250 million euros ($322 million), reports Expansion in its Wednesday Internet edition.
Abertis already owns a 46% stake in Hispasat, while France's Eutelsat Communications has a 27.7% holding.
