Argentina's largest media company, Grupo Clarin SA, has completed the sale of its Paraguayan cable TV subsidiary to Millicom International Cellular SA.
Clarin confirmed the deal had closed in a filing with the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange on Tuesday evening.
