Clearwire Corp. has unveiled a 46.4 million-share offering on behalf of one of its largest shareholders, Time Warner Cable Inc.
Numerous investors have walked away from the cash-strapped company, which holds a major chunk of precious airwave licenses as its prime assets and seeks to sell wholesale wireless services.
