India's top court is scheduled to give its opinion Thursday on how to allocate natural resources such as radio bandwidth and coal, amid allegations that the procedures followed earlier had deprived the government billions of dollars in potential revenue.
India's president had sought the opinion after the Supreme Court on Feb.
