Temasek Holdings has sold a 2.5% stake in Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. for S$1.28 billion Singapore dollars (US$1.04 billion), two people familiar with the transaction said Wednesday, as Singapore's state investment firm continues to move away from some of its traditional investments in strategic Singapore and financial assets.
