Thailand's National Broadcasting & Telecommunications Commission will during Oct. 16-18 hold an auction for the licenses for the 2.1 gigahertz spectrum, used to provide third-generation mobile services, Vice Chairman Settapong Malisuwan told reporters on Thursday.
