Mason granted expedited appeal of ruling on Telus meeting

Mason Capital Management LLC said Tuesday it has been granted an expedited appeal of last week's British Columbia Supreme Court ruling rejecting the hedge fund's call for a meeting of Telus Corp. shareholders.
