ParkerVision Inc. agreed to sell 4.38 million shares to institutional and other investors at a 14% discount to its Thursday close.
Shares were recently trading 5.3% lower at $2.52, compared with the offering's price of $2.30 a share. The stock has more than doubled over the past year.
