Telecoms test and measurement firm Spirent on Thursday agreed to pay $52 million in cash to acquire device analytics specialist Metrico Wireless.
The U.S. company's solutions are designed to enable operators and handset makers to analyse the performance of mobile devices in the field, providing real-world quality of experience (QoE) data.
