Singapore Telecommunications Ltd. Monday said it has appointed Bill Chang as Chief Executive of its information and communication technology solutions business.
Mr. Chang was previously managing director of SingTel's business group and is now responsible for heading the carrier's enterprise business.
He will report to group CEO Chua Sock Koong.
