LightSquared Inc. wants a special team of attorneys to work on matters involving the Federal Communications Commission, which earlier this year blocked the company from using the 4G wireless network that LightSquared says it needs to build its business.
In a Monday filing with U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Manhattan, LightSquared said
