Tellabs Inc. named Daniel P. Kelly as acting president and chief executive, serving in the position while Chief Executive Rob Pullen undergoes cancer treatment.
Mr. Kelly was previously executive vice president of global products at Tellabs, responsible for the company's products, including research and development and product-specific marketing.
