A U.S. judge has agreed to hear Apple Inc.'s request for an injunction against the sale of some phones by Google Inc.'s Motorola Mobility, Reuters reported Thursday.
Judge Richard Posner set the injunction hearing for June 20 in Chicago, Reuters said.
Apple spokeswoman Kristin Huguet declined to comment, and Google representatives didn't
