Shutterfly Inc. said its chief technology officer, Neil M. Day, Jr., will resign, effective July 10.
The online photo-publishing company said his reason for leaving was to spend time with his family.
Shares sank 2.3% to $25 after hours. As of Friday's close, the stock was up 12% year-to-date.
