U.K. mobile heavyweights, Vodafone, O2, and Everything Everywhere this week rebuked the Competition Commission (CC)'s decision to further reduce wholesale mobile termination rates (MTRs) to 0.65 pence per minute by 1 April 2014, instead of 0.72 pence.
