The Internal Revenue Service has shelved an effort to come up with rules for taxing employer-provided cellphones, and will wait for Congress to pass legislation on the issue, IRS Commissioner Doug Shulman said Friday.
"We're quite hopeful Congress is going to act on this," Shulman said in an interview on C-Span
