Belgian telecommunications firm Mobistar SA said Wednesday it will pay EUR65 million for certain assets of KPN Belgium, a subsidiary of Dutch telecommunications firm Royal KPN NV.
The sale will include KPN Belgium's business-to-business activities, its fiber-optic network and the wholesale activities of the former Versatel, Mobistar said.
