French private broadcaster Television Francaise 1 SA Monday said it has agreed to sell its 9.9% stake in Canal Plus France to French media-to-telecoms company Vivendi SA for EUR744 million.
Vivendi in a statement confirmed the deal and said it has made an offer on the same terms to M6-Metropole Television
