Russia's Federal Tariff Service has approved an average tariff increase of no more than 10% for local and intrazonal fixed-line services provided by VolgaTelecom, Southern Telecom, known as UTK, and Dagsvyazinform, which are subsidiaries of state-run telecommunications holding OAO Svyazinvest, the Prime-Tass news agency reports Wednesday, citing the industry regulator.
